Mr. Kyriakides is an attorney focusing exclusively on immigration matters since 2015. His clients have included Fortune 500 companies, small and medium businesses, families, and highly skilled individuals in technology, oil and gas, aviation, education, the arts, and scientific research. He has experience in a wide range of visa types, including H-1B, TN, L-1, E-2, O-1, J-1, and R-1, as well as immigrant visa matters like PERM, EB-2 NIW, EB-1A/B/C, and family-based immigration cases.
Mr. Kyriakides has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America since 2020. He has presented on immigration matters to groups of technology professionals, investment associations, aviation groups, and others.
In 2023, Mr. Kyriakides was part of a working group of the State Bar of Texas Immigration and Nationality Section that drafted and edited a report on the regulation of immigration law practice in Texas. He was recognized with a Special Services to the Council Award from the State Bar.
Mr. Kyriakides also volunteers his time in his community. He is a Board Member of the Friends of Cyprus, and is an active member of the Greek-American and Cypriot-American communities.
