She presently serves as co-chair of the ABA International Law Section Immigration and Naturalization Committee. She is chair of AILA National USCIS Field Operations Committee and on the Executive Committee of the Texas Chapter of AILA. In the past, she served as Customs Border AILA Liaison for Houston.
Attorney Ballerini is licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Texas.
